Well, this morning I've had another counsellor appointment and I've just activated my "Beating the Blues" account today and had my first online session, since my computer doesn't appear to have a printer of my records, so I saved the progress in a folder, handy enough I guess.
Gonna take some time now to try and keep my mind off all the negative crap and stuff that's bothering me and do something I enjoy, although I only just started this whole course online, I HIGHLY recommend it to those who're suffering from anxiety and depression. This is what's called "cognitive behavioural therapy".
Basically had to answer all these questions and rate how much I'm bothered etc.
It goes on, but I took some time to read all the way through, it kinda reminds me of that ICT program I used to do back in college. I'm also going to take the time before booking another appointment so I can carry on another week or two to cover up all these little sessions, least it'll give me something to do when I'm bor
